* Conditions:
1) All bookings for the whole months of July and August must be paid in advance.

2) All invoices have to be paid as per instruction on invoice no more than 30 days after date of check out of the clients

* Children
- Only children under 2 years old will stay for free. Baby cot available

* Cancellations:
1) All booking cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival date will be charged at 25% of the total invoice.

2) All booking cancelled between 15 and 5 days prior to arrival date will be charged at 50% of the total invoice. Except for the supplement periods when they will be charged in full.

3) All bookings cancelled less than 5 days prior to arrival as well as all no shows will be charged in full
